Horchata Rum:
For our take on Horchata, the traditional rice milk and cinnamon drink from Mexico, we start with an agave-based caramel, blend it with our own homemade Horchata, and finish it off with Below Deck Coffee Rum from Portland’s Eastside Distilling. The result is a rich, warm, complex flavor that unfolds throughout every bite.

Wildflower Honey:
Made with the finest local ingredients including Willamette Valley wildflower honey and sea salt harvested from the Oregon Coast, these rich, decadent caramels abound with Northwest flavor.

Spiced Chai:
A beautiful blend of Masala Chai from Portland’s own Tea Chai Té gives these caramels their distinct and wonderfully aromatic flavor. This spiced black tea is steeped with local cream and blended with Willamette Valley honey, creating a perfectly balanced sweet and spicy taste of Oregon.


At One Fork Farm Caramels, we strive to show our love of Oregon in every flavor and every batch of caramels we make. Our decadent, old-fashioned caramels are hand-made with honey, cream, and butter from the Willamette Valley, sea salt from the Oregon Coast, and locally-crafted spirits, teas, and chocolate. We never include corn-syrup or anything artificial and every piece is cut, wrapped, and packaged by hand at our McMinnville kitchen by people who truly care about producing the finest quality Oregon caramels possible.
